We wanted to inform you about some important updates we are doing with The Harrin Group, in order to provide a better customer experience for you in the future.
First, we realize not everyone wants to talk to a live person when it comes to insurance, and many want to do everything online themselves. Shocking, right? You will find that many, many insurance agencies have not adopted to this new way of doing insurance transactions, whether here in Texas or elsewhere. So in order to diversify ourselves from the rest, we are about to be fully operational with our “Enroll Online” page, where you can self-enroll in Medicare plans (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D), health insurance (ACA plans), international health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance (self-quoting). We are really excited about this and its just another way The Harrin Group is working hard to serve our community. See below ⇓
Second, we are all about educating the public and have traditionally in the past, done our “Medicare 101” meetings at public libraries around the area of San Antonio, Texas. In these popular meetings, we cover all things Medicare, what to look out for, and options such as Medicare Supplements, Medicare Part D plans, and Medicare Advantage plans. The global pandemic that is COVID-19 has hindered on our in-person events for now, so we are now bringing these popular meetings in a virtual webinar format. The nice thing about this, is you can be at home (no mask required), and enjoy our same “Medicare 101” meetings from your couch at your leisure.

Lastly, we are working hard to better serve our clients needs, with increased automation of our internal systems, adding more carriers to our agency such as Friday Health Plans and Prudential, and networking with external stakeholders, such as independent property and casualty (P&C) agencies, providers, etc.
